Beyond driving, your companion accompanies you outside the vehicle, offering support as you attend appointments, shop, or enjoy an outing. Each visit is planned around your needs, your schedule, and your pace, with a friendly person by your side along the way.
How do I book a ride?
Submit a request through the Bookings page with your details and preferred time. Liam personally reviews every request and confirms with you by email.
What is the free consultation?
A no-obligation conversation to talk through your needs before booking a ride — a good option if you're not sure what to expect or want to ask questions first.
How much does it cost?

Can I request something specific, like extra help or accommodations?
Absolutely. Every ride is planned around you — just mention what you need when you submit your request, or use the free consultation to talk it through beforehand.
What if I need to change or cancel my booking?
We understand that plans can change. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit to cancel at no charge or request a change. We'll do our best to accommodate a new time, subject to availability. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of 50% of the booked service cost. If an unexpected illness or emergency comes up, please let us know.
